HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Gold Coast Home Delivery ~ Contactless Service

1. Click through to the Order Form  and send through your order.

Alternatively you can email your order to Janine info@wholefoodpetmarket.com.au

You can browse our online store to see what we have available. (but please place your order via the Order Form or email as outlined above.)

 

2. We will email you an invoice where you can pay securely through our Square App or Direct Bank Transfer - Funds must be cleared in our bank account before we dispatch your order.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be confirmed.

3. Once your order is confirmed by us, you can contact Shebah Drops via the Shebah Rider app to arrange collection during our current trading times

Shebah Drops Delivery Fee: $11.66 all delivery fees are paid direct to Shebah Drops, we don't charge extra for our pet food.

4. How will my order be packed? 

We will pack your order in a new, clean cardboard box. This delivery service is designed for customers who will be home to receive their contactless delivery and transfer your frozen food to your freezer asap.

(We take care of your order but cannot be responsible for circumstances outside of our control.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for perishable  goods.)
